1. My wonderful UPS deliveryman advised me that, if I do not wish to have to keep an eye on my battery and remember to replug it in every time it gets low, I can simply use it plugged in after removing the battery altogether from the laptop.  Leaving it plugged in only unnecessarily drains the battery’s maximum capacity over time— gross.
